refund policy.
Date of Last Revision: October 12, 2026
This policy explains when you can receive a refund for your hyperMD treatment plan. It works together with our Cancellation Policy, which has the full details on renewals and how to cancel.
Full refunds
You will receive a full refund if:
- you cancel before your prescription order has been sent to a pharmacy;
- a provider determines that you are not eligible for treatment;
- you were charged after your cancellation took effect;
- you were charged twice or charged in error; or
- your order was never shipped and cannot be fulfilled.
Partial refunds
If your treatment cycle includes more than one shipment and you cancel before all of them have been sent to the pharmacy, we will refund the shipments that have not been sent.
Dispensed medication is non-returnable
Once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped, pharmacy law and patient safety rules prevent the pharmacy from accepting it back or dispensing it to anyone else. For that reason, dispensed medication cannot be returned or refunded, even if it is unopened.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong medication, strength or quantity, or never arrives, please contact us within the time frames listed in our Cancellation Policy. We will work with the pharmacy to replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Auto-refill
You can cancel your plan online anytime before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund orders that have already shipped.
